Ocean View Heating and Cooling was built on a simple belief: find why it failed, then fix it for good. Owner Earl Duff is a Navy veteran with a background in engineering. Before starting the company he planned and ran major mechanical projects for large hotels in Chicago, Boston, and New Orleans, and he managed commercial properties. We serve homes and businesses across Norfolk and Hampton Roads with heating, cooling, and HVAC services.
